About UsHi, I am Eddie Malave,
Since 1979 I have dedicated myself to provide maintenance and repair services to the homes and residences of thousands of customers in the City Of New York. Through the years and with extensive training and experience, I have developed the skills and knowledge to provide my customers with a flawless experience in managing their construction projects from beginning to end. As a former Construction Superintendent for the City of New York (retired after 31 years of service) I coordinated, supervised and administered multi-million dollars contracts that included a process from pre-bidding to bidding the jobs, awarding the contracts, vetting all documents, insurances and permits, personal inspection of all work performance, approving change orders, approving payments, punch-list inspections, final approval and exit meetings. I believe in teamwork and networking as I was part of a team of professionals working tirelessly with the Design Department to put together the best possible design for every proposed project, to seek and obtain the correct funding dollars so the projects could be covered from beginning to end with minimal change orders or none at all and making sure that all aspect of the final result desired, was included in the design. |
Who We Are |
Everybody knows what a hammer is but not everyone knows how to use one. Everyone knows what a light switch is, but not everyone knows how to replace one. As part of my career not only did I become skillful in performing the job of every trade where I personally performed the electrical, plumbing, framing, molding, painting, flooring, ceilings, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and all kinds of renovation work, but I also performed the work of an educator as a training manager where I produced the training manuals and objectives and equipped hundreds of students both at the City Staff Development Department as well as Union training to equip and promote potential journeymen. Today these skills and knowledge gave me the ability to put together a team of professionals that make every job big or small possible from beginning to end. As part of our team we have an engineer, draft man, carpenters, plumbers, roofers, electricians, painters, plasterers, expeditors, supporting staff and the best HVAC team available. We are ready when you are.

Our History |
Recently my company was hired by an International organization to make the renovation repairs of three Houses of Worship that were devastated by Hurricane Sandy. As the General Contractor and Construction Manager I put together the floor plans and design and obtained all pertaining permits from the Building Department for the renovation and installation of 3 new commercial kitchens, six public bathrooms, five major HVAC systems, roof repairs, over 120 new light fixtures, pendant and recess lighting with all electrical upgrades, all plumbing, new flooring for 16000 square feet, painting, framing, building walls, new doors, stairs, canopies and much more.
